We all know the importance of hashtags, but did you know that there are more than 100 000 banned or blocked hashtahs on Instagram? 😳

And a lot of them are innocent, like: #IG, #desk and #skype 😱 Some of them might be banned forever, and others are banned temporarily. It’s important that you are aware that using these hashtags could:

👉🏻shadowban, block or penalize your account;
👉🏻cause all your other hashtags to not work anymore;

Why are hashtags hidden or banned? ✨
IG’s official statement is: We may remove the Top or Recent posts in a hashtag page if people are using the hashtag to post content that goes against our Community Guidelines.
